The El Paso Central Appraisal District Board of Directors upholds that all citizens have access to the resources of the Appraisal District. The Board’s Public Information Policy was originally adopted on August 31, 1989 in accordance with Section 6.04 of the Texas Property Tax Code and revised October 14, 2010.
