ONLINE PROTEST PROCESS
The El Paso Central Appraisal District, in compliance with Section 41.415 of the Texas Property Tax Code, now offers On-Line Protest (E-File). Not all properties qualify for this.. If your property is eligible for on-line protest for 2011, you will receive notification and a pin number as part of your appraisal notice. There is no charge for using this service. Using this online service does not change any deadlines for filing a timely protest with the Appraisal Review Board (ARB). This service is not available to a property owner who has designated an agent to represent the owner in a protest.
